Jake says: "Keech Hospice Care works to make quality of life better for so many adults, children and their families day in day out. I'm delighted to be an Ambassador for a charity that does such wonderful work. I've visited the hospice, met some of those who spend time there and chatted to the staff about the incredible work they do. I will offer all my support to help Keech Hospice Care in any way I can."
