Work, trek and play!

From the vibrant bustling centre of Delhi to the tranquillity of India’s breathtaking mountains and valleys, prepare to be blown away by the sights, sounds and communities you come across during this 10-day guided trek.

Supporting hospices at home and abroad

Trek India offers so much more than just trekking. Shortly after you arrive in India, you’ll spend two days volunteering on a project at the Cancer Hospice in Delhi.

The hospice cares for terminally ill cancer patients - men, women and children – totally free of charge. You and your fellow travellers will be involved in renovation work at the hospice, including creating a brand new children’s play area, something that will be a big boost to the overall support the hospice offers to sick children and child relatives of patients.

By taking part in this challenge, you’ll also be raising money for your local hospices back home.

Billy Byrne from DIY SOS has already signed up for the trip:

"Everyone deserves a chance to receive equal care and support no matter who they are or where they live. On this trip, we’ll be doing something about this by helping a hospice in Delhi."

Registration:

Signing up for Trek India will involve a level of commitment on your part – to both your training and fundraising efforts.

You must be able to raise a minimum sponsorship of £2,590 to join the trek. The registration fee is £250.
