Make sure the real Santa keeps you on his list by following these rules:
• Places are limited so you must register for this event in advance. If you receive a place but for any reason cannot take part, please let us know as soon as possible. Your place is not transferable.
• Each participant must fill in an entry form either online or in print. When writing a cheque please put your name and address on the back. We will confirm your place in writing.
• The entry fee is non-refundable and each Santa is expected to raise additional sponsorship. The fee covers all the expenses involved in administering your place.
• Anyone aged 15 and under can enter for £5 and will receive reindeer antlers and flashing nose in place of a Santa suit. Under 16s must obtain permission to enter from a parent/guardian and be accompanied on the run by a responsible adult.
• All participants are responsible for their own medical condition. If you are in any doubt about your health or ability to complete the run you should seek advice from your doctor before registering.
• Closing date for entries is Friday 18th November 2011
