Recycle old mobile phones

It’s quick and easy to recycle your old mobile phone, and it won’t cost you a penny. But, on average, each phone donated is worth £5 in funds for our hospices.

Why recycle?

Mobile phones are made of plastic and contain precious metals which, if placed into landfill, pollute the surrounding soil and environment. Donating your old handset means specialist recycling companies purchase the phones from us and either resell them or take them apart, disposing of the unwanted pieces in an environmentally friendly way.

How to donate your phone

1. By hand: hand in your handset to one of our charity shops across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire or visit the hospice reception desk between the hours of 9am – 5pm.

2. By post: Post your old mobile phone in a sealed jiffy envelope to Keech Hospice Care, FREEPOST LOL 2483, Luton LU3 3BR. Don't forget to pop your name and address in the bag.
