| (Administration & Support) To run all of the charity’s services to a high standard, volunteers are required to help with most of our central services such as administration, catering, housekeeping, poolside duties and maintenance. Here are just some of the ways you can help us in this area of work: - Helping with housekeeping, laundry, ironing or flower arranging
- Helping with catering, from general kitchen duties and food preparation to making drinks for patients or visitors
- Assisting with building maintenance or gardening
- Performing administrative duties or manning the reception desk
- Cash counting for our finance department
- Providing a librarian service within the hospice library
- Working occasional shifts as a pool lifeguard (you must be over 16 and we can provide you with training to gain the appropriate qualification)
