Normal hours of work are from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We aim to respond within 2 hours of your call during the day and on the next working day following a call during the night or weekend. Your enquiry will be treated in strictest confidence.
You may refer yourself to our service or go via your nurse, social worker, hospice contact or doctor. Should you decide to self-refer then we will need to contact your key worker. Our co-ordinators liaise closely with other professionals, attending multi-disciplinary team meetings and case conferences as appropriate. Information on equipment purchases or hire, ready prepared meals and other services is also available.
