Due to the duty of care we have towards our patients and their families along with the sensitive nature of our work we cannot accommodate any work placements for those aged under 18 within our two hospices.
However, there are opportunities for school age pupils to gain work experience with the charity in areas such as administrative or support work.
Professional placements can also be made available for students in nursing, medical, social work or other professional fields (subject to an approval procedure).
