Santa grotto raises cash for Keech

Father Christmas raised more than £2,000 for Keech with his first ever grotto in Luton Indoor Market.

Staff celebrated the success of the grotto with a presentation last week. Dave Gibbs is the Town and Country Markets Ltd manager responsible for the day-to-day operation of the market.

He said: 'We would like to thank everyone who supported our fundraising efforts during the run up to Christmas. It was the first time in our 40 year history that we've had a grotto and to raise money for such a worthy cause is fantastic.'

Keech's Fundraising Director, Jacqui Shepherd said: 'It's so wonderful that the market supported us with their first Santa's Grotto. We really appreciate it.'
