Local heroes wanted this May
This May, we're looking for local people to support us during Children’s Hospice Week with an act of heroism!
Children’s Hospice Week takes place from 15th – 22nd May with the theme of ‘heroes’ It’s a national campaign that aims to raise awareness of the work children’s hospices do to support families looking after life-limited children while providing some great opportunities for fundraising.
“Children’s Hospice Week is a fantastic time for people to show their support.” said Jacqui Shepherd, Acting Fundraising Director at Keech. “Whether it’s someone who flies like a hero by joining our charity’s tandem skydive this May or someone who dresses like a superhero in return for a donation, every act of support will make a big difference to the care we provide.”
Keech would love to see lots of local heroes get involved in the campaign either individually or through their school, work or community group.
