The Chrysalis Collection launched at the Stockwood Discovery Centre in Luton on Friday 26th February.
The free exhibition, which is open to the public throughout March, features the artwork of 46 famous personalities including Aled Jones, Katherine Jenkins and David Coulthard.
The exhibition launch was attended by hospice supporter, Billy Byrne from DIY SOS, local mayors and council representatives and Keech children, who painted a butterfly mural for the gallery.
Billy Byrne, who painted 2 artworks for the collection, said at the launch: “The Chrysalis Collection is an absolutely brilliant idea and the exhibition has so many different celebrity artworks. I was so glad to get my DIY SOS co-stars and Alesha Dixon involved. All the butterflies look great – I can’t decide which one is my favourite!”
The Chrysalis Collection will be auctioned off from 19 – 29 March on eBay to raise money for our adult and children’s services.
