Singing sensation Katherine Jenkins has joined nearly 40 other famous faces in painting a butterfly to help raise funds for Keech Hospice Care.
And the famous mezzo-soprano has delighted thousands of her fans on networking site Twitter by uploading photos of her butterfly for all to see.
Katherine’s boyfriend, TV presenter Gethin Jones, has joined in the fun and his butterfly can also be seen on Katherine’s Twitter page.
Other celebrities who have shown their support by creating butterflies include Harry Potter’s Rupert Grint, Theo Walcott, Nick Knowles, Gloria Hunniford, Aled Jones, Fearne Cotton, Holly Willoughby, Sooty, Sweep and Soo and a host of F1 racing stars.
The butterfly was chosen as it represents the short, yet beautiful lives of the children we care for. Keech Hospice Care will be exhibiting all the butterfly paintings - known as The Chrysalis Collection - early next year before auctioning them online to raise vital funds for both the adult and children's hospices.
