Jean-Christophe Novelli is using his culinary experience to support our adult and children’s services.
Novelli, dubbed the nation’s favourite French chef, has provided 12 mouth-watering recipes for Keech Hospice Care's 2010 calendar, which is on sale now in all our charity shops and in our Christmas brochure.
“I love sharing my passion for food with others and what better way to do so than through a calendar for Keech Hospice Care,” said Novelli.
“High quality ingredients inspire me to create my recipes, but the high quality of care at the hospices has inspired me to do what I can to help. These recipes are some of my favourites and I hope people enjoy recreating them.”
Each recipe has been personally selected by the Michelin award winning chef and sits alongside a full colour photograph and large format calendar.
Novelli and his fiancé, Michelle Kennedy, are keen supporters of the adult and children’s hospices. He said: “During a visit to Keech, I was deeply moved by the amazing service which they provide and the degree of love and care which the nurses and all the staff so selflessly offer.
“They give so much of themselves it touches my heart. Whether it is the young, the elderly or those who are especially vulnerable, they have a compassion which is wonderful to see.”
