| Working within a charity shop is a popular choice for many of our volunteers, particularly so for those who enjoy meeting and interacting with members of the public. As there are very few staff positions available within the retailing side of Keech Hospice Care, it is our volunteers who form the backbone of our charity shops and warehouse. Within the shops, volunteers help with setting out goods and displays as well as dealing directly with customer purchases. Volunteers are also crucial to our warehouse operation where goods are sorted, cleaned, valued and stored before being allocated to stores.
