It is vitally important to us that we are accountable to our patients, volunteers, supporters, donors, staff and regulatory bodies and the Government. The documents on this page will help you understand the following:
- The vision and values that guide what we do and how we do it
- The standards and benchmarks we measure ourselves against
- Progress we have made and lessons learned
The trustees of Keech Hospice Care have ultimate responsibility in law for the hospice, its assets and activities. They form the Board of trustees, which is the governing body of Keech. They are appointed because of their commitment to Keech and their outstanding experience and skills. The Board meets 6-8 times a year and includes people who have used the hospice’s services.
To apply to be a trustee please email email@example.com
If you think we are doing something wrong we will take it seriously. A complaint is a formal expression of dissatisfaction about the standards of service, actions or lack of action by Keech and our Complaints Policy will tell you how to make a complaint.
