We can offer a spacious, full-service venue for your conference, meeting or training sessions, set in beautiful countryside on the outskirts of Luton.
You may not have considered Keech as a venue for your conference or meeting but don’t be put off by the word ‘hospice’. When you visit, you’ll find Keech isn’t a depressing place at all: it’s full of life and light.
Both our conference suite and meeting room are situated in a private area with adjacent kitchen and toilet facilities as well as a large reception area for pre- and post-session meet-and-greets. All the facilities offer full accessibility.

Previously, our conference suite has hosted notable events such as the East of England Hospice CEOs and Chairs meeting, as well as our annual Neuro Palliative Care Conference.
The conference room can be set out a number of ways, with varying seating capacity. Recommended approximate capacity is given below.
Hire the meeting room
The meeting room can hold up to 14 delegates. Facilities include:
- standard equipment including TV, flipchart, pens and paper
- free wi-fi
- adjacent kitchen and toilet facilities
- on-site refreshments available for purchase
- breakout room (at additional cost and subject to availability).
Our on-site catering team currently offer a broad range of menu options including tea/coffee and biscuits, breakfast, brunch, working lunch, finger buffet, three-course meal and canapes. Details of costs and menus can be sent on request.
The hospice itself is set in peaceful countryside with views to the Chiltern Hills and gardens landscaped by well-known gardening gurus Alan Titchmarsh and Adam Frost. Parking is available.
